At Dusk Linen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury bedding purchase. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we have a specific hygiene-friendly return policy.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds:

You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return for unworn, unwashed, and unused items.

To be eligible, all items must be in their original, saleable condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

Your order number is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items:

Opened or Used Bedding: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any sheet sets, duvet covers, or pillowcases that have been removed from their original packaging, washed, or tried on a bed.

Final Sale Items: Products purchased during a clearance, promotion, or marked as “Final Sale.”

Personalized or Monogrammed Items: These are made-to-order and cannot be returned unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return:

Contact Us: Email us at service@dusklinen.sbs within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the items you wish to return.

Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return address.

Ship Your Return: Securely package the item(s) and mail them to the provided address. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the package. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund.

The original cost of shipping is non-refundable.
Exchanges:

We currently offer refunds only. To get a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.
Defective or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a defective product (e.g., manufacturing flaw, hidden damage) or an item you did not order, contact us immediately at service@dusklinen.sbs. We will provide a prepaid shipping label and expedite a correct replacement to you.
